HARVEY, David Lee Harv of Pembroke Pines, FL, beloved father, grandfather, and brother, peacefully passed away on August 3rd, 2011. He spent 15 years in the south Florida area and loved it there. Born in Detroit, Michigan on 2-23-1952, he was raised in Dayton, Ohio, where he graduated from Belmont High School in 1969 and Wright State University in 1973. RALPH had a hard exterior but on the inside he was a very caring, giving, humorous, and witty person. He was an avid golfer and played from London to Vegas. As a businessman, he clawed his way to the top from being a film processor for Kodak to JM Woodhull (where he met his wife
Karen Smart whose father was the principle of Belmont) to Mark IV, a
fortune 500 company, to Dayco Products, to Sterling Commerce in Dublin, Ohio. As Director of Customer Solutions, he had a great deal of respect from his peers as well as all the friends he met in his lifetime. He never forgot Rod Lowe, Mike McGraw, etc, etc - THE BELMONT GANG OF THE CLASS OF 1969. Ralph also has a daughter, Kristina, who misses her father very much and I'm sure he is watching over her. He loved her very much.

On May 8,2009 Ralph was at a company golf outing. On the ninth hole, he
excused himself because he wasn't feeling well. On his way home he had a massive coronary. (By the way, he shot a 39 by the ninth hole - "Way to go Ralph!") He lost his father a few years ago to heart failure on the 10th hole of Kittyhawk.

Ralph will be soulfully missed by his daughter, family, and all the friends he met in his lifetime. Other than being with his daughter, he was doing what he loved - GOLFING.
